Answer: Yes, we do. We specialize in supplying large quantities of premium raw meats and signature marinades specifically for weddings, celebrations, and intimate gatherings.
Q4: Do you offer seawater (saltwater) fish in addition to freshwater varieties?
Answer: While we primarily specialize in local freshwater fish, we can supply seawater fish if ordered in advance.
Q5: Why doesn’t Mirza’s Meats and Marinades sell small or medium-sized fillets?
Answer: We focus on larger cuts to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Larger portions absorb our marinades more effectively and remain juicier during cooking. This focus also allows us to reduce processing overheads and maintain the premium standards of our brand.
Q6: Is same-day delivery available?
Answer: Yes! We can provide same-day delivery provided you place your order with at least 5 hours of advance notice. This gives our team enough time to select, cut, and prep your order to perfection.
Q7. Do you supply products to other states in India?
Answer: Yes. We use specialized dry ice packaging to maintain the cold chain, ensuring that our fish and other menu items reach you with their freshness and quality intact.
Q8. What is the carcass weight of the lamb you supply?
Answer: We exclusively supply Tender Lamb, which typically has a total carcass weight between 9–10 kg. This specific weight range ensures the meat is lean, soft, and of premium quality.
Q9. Do you sell frozen meat products?
Answer: Our primary focus is on fresh, raw meats. However, we do offer IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Prawns and Imported-Quality Basa for those looking for specialized frozen seafood.
Note : IQF technology locks in freshness at the source, allowing you to defrost only what you need.
Q10. What payment options are available, and can I pay via Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Answer: We offer a variety of secure payment methods. When checking out on our website, you can pay using any Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI.
If you prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), please message us on WhatsApp with your GPS location and complete address, and we will manually process your order for you.
Q11. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Answer: You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement. Please note that once the meat has been specifically cut for your order or the package has been prepared for shipping, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Q12. What should I do if there is an issue with the quality of the meat upon delivery?
Answer: Since our products are fresh and perishable, we follow a “2-Hour Reporting Rule.” If you are unsatisfied with the quality, please notify us via WhatsApp or phone within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photos. This allows us to verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.
